Power Still Out in Northeast
For a fourth day, hundreds of thousands of people in the Northeast will have to make do without many basic necessities.
Utility workers still have a long way to go in fully restoring power that was knocked out by last week’s ice storm. They say some homes may be dark and cold for several weeks.
