STAMFORD — The Stamford Board of Education will be meeting Tuesday night for the first time since June. The meeting will commence at 7 p.m. in Government Center in the BOE board room on the fifth floor.
The board will be voting on several items including a new contract for Superintendent Earl Kim. The proposed contract would extend through June 30, 2021.
The board was supposed to vote on a new contract for Kim earlier this summer, but decided based on a mutual agreement to hold off on the vote. Kim’s old contract was up on July 1.
The meeting precedes the first day of school on Thursday.
