March 20

4:24 p.m. — In the 2400 block of Avenue I, police received a report of a man exposing himself in the courtyard of a motel. The man, Willis Ty Jenkins, 63, was cited on a charge of indecent exposure.

8:08 p.m. — Police were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident. While investigating, they allegedly detected the odor of marijuana coming from one of the vehicles and a small amount of drug paraphernalia was seized. Isaac Palomo, 24, and Natasha Thomas, 20, were cited on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia.

March 29

4:22 p.m. — Police investigated a report of child abuse/neglect. Erin Mckay, 43, was cited on a charge of child abuse by neglect.

April 2

Police responded to a report of shoplifting at Dollar General, 818 E. Overland. Nichole Martinez, 30, was arrested on charges of theft by shoplifting and possession of drug paraphernalia.

April 3

9:29 a.m. — Police investigated a child abuse intake. Further information was not available in the report.

9:38 a.m. — Police investigated a child abuse and neglect intake. No arrests or citations were noted.

10:15 a.m. — Police responded to a report of a disturbance at the Scottsbluff High School, 313 W. 27th Street. Police cited two students on charges of disorderly conduct - fighting by mutual consent.

10:33 a.m. — At Bluffs Middle School, a juvenile was arrested on a Scotts Bluff County warrant.

11:17 a.m. — In the 900 block of W. 26th Street, Jonathan Seiffert, 52, was cited on charges of trespassing and theft.

3:03 p.m. — Police received a report of a disturbance at Bluffs Middle School. A juvenile was cited on charges of assault and disorderlly conduct.

April 4

8:47 a.m. — Police investigated a child abuse and neglect report. The two juveniles were interviewed. The incident remained under investigation as of the date of the report.

8:51 a.m. — At Bluffs Middle School, 27 E. 23rd Street, police responded to a report of a student who had been knocked unconscious by another student. A juvenile male was cited on a charge of aggravated assault.

1:06 p.m. — In the 600 block of E. 26th Street, police received a report of two juveniles seen opening a package in an alley and then leaving the area. Following an investigation, two juveniles were cited on charges of theft.

7:01 p.m. — Police investigated a vandalism to a vehicle in the 110 block of W. 36th Street.

April 5

In the 1400 block of Third Avenue, Jason Haslow, 43, was arrested on charges of domestic assault.

4:40 p.m. — Police investigated a report of sexual assault in the 300 block of E. 27th Street.

6:42 p.m. — Officers were called regarding a report of a male harassing a woman and her family. In the 00 block of Country Club Road, Justin Brown, 26, was cited on a charge of disturbing the peace.

7:23 p.m. — Police investigated a report of a protection order violation in the 1400 block of Avenue L.

8:15 p.m. — Police assisted probation in a search of a residence in the 2600 block of Avenue A. Shane Merrills, 25, was cited on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
