LISBON, Portugal (AP) — Forward Ricardo Quaresma scored twice as FC Porto thrashed Pacos Ferreira 5-0 in the Portuguese league on Sunday.

Porto's win kept it in second place, six points behind leader Benfica.

Jackson Martinez opened the rout by netting his 15th league goal of the season in the 29th minute.

Quaresma got his first from the penalty spot in the 40th before adding another just before halftime.

Hector Herrera then struck a minute after the restart before Cristian Tello rounded off the scoring with seven minutes to go after Pacos Ferreira defender Marcos Romeu was shown his second yellow card.

Sporting Lisbon remained in third place after winning 3-1 at Arouca.
