Gannett Names Ehrman VP-Planning
WASHINGTON (AP) _ Dan Ehrman, senior vice president of Gannett Broadcasting, has been named vice president of planning and development for Gannett Co.
The appointment was announced Thursday by Larry Miller, executive vice president and chief financial officer for the Arlington, Va.-based media company.
Ehrman joined Gannett in 1977 as an accounting manager and three years later was named director of accounting and financial reporting. In 1984 he was named vice president of finance and business affairs for Gannett Broadcasting. He has been senior vice president of Gannett Broadcasting since 1995.
Ehrman graduated with an architectural engineering degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He also holds a masters degree in business administration from the University of Michigan.
