AIA Announces Board Appointments for 2019

ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec 3, 2018--The Aerospace Industries Association has appointed Harris Corporation’s Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer William M. Brown as Chairman of AIA’s Board of Governors for 2019. Kelly Ortberg, Chief Executive Officer of Collins Aerospace, will serve as Vice Chairman. Eric Fanning has been reappointed as President and CEO and Ginette Colot has been reappointed as Secretary-Treasurer.

A hallmark of AIA is the direct involvement of CEO-level officers of the country’s major aerospace companies in driving the policy goals for the Association and industry as a whole. AIA is led by a Board of Governors that meets twice a year and an Executive Committee that meets more frequently.
