Driver charged in fatal crash in Jaffrey, NH

JAFFREY, N.H. (AP) — A 19-year-old Massachusetts driver has been charged in connection with a fiery crash that killed a passenger in Jaffrey, N.H.

Police said Edgard Henriquez of Dedham, Mass., lost control of his vehicle and crashed into the woods on Sunday morning. The vehicle caught fire after coming to rest upside down.

WMUR-TV reports (http://bit.ly/119zyD3) Henriquez and passenger Tyler Tobin of Dedham were taken to the hospital. Another passenger, whose name has not been released, died in the crash. An autopsy was scheduled for Monday.

Henriquez was charged with aggravated DWI and negligent homicide.

Students at Franklin Pierce University in Rindge said Henriquez went to school there.
