January 10, 2019

LEOMINSTER -- The Leominster Art Association’s monthly meeting will be held Tuesday, Jan. 15, at 7 p.m., at Congregational Church of Christ, 583 Main St., featuring Randy LeSage, a diverse artist demonstrating in oils.

LeSage works in various media, including drawing, painting, printmaking and mixed media. His most recent works, having moved on from a more figurative perspective, reflect his interest in the New England industrial landscape, which remains an indelible part of our natural environment.

He has a bachelor’s degree in fine art from Framingham State University and a master’s degree in fine art from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in affiliation with Tufts University.

LeSage has exhibited at many sites across New England, including Mazmanian Gallery at Framingham State, Kingston Gallery in Boston, ArtsWorcester in Worcester, Fitchburg Art Museum and T.W. Wood Gallery at Vermont College. He currently teaches at Fitchburg Art Museum and Worcester Art Museum.

There is a $5 guest fee for non-members that may be applied toward membership.

In case of inclement weather, cancellation information will be announced on radio station WPKZ 1280 AM, or call Cindi Peterson at 978-342-2198.
