Essex Property Trust Provides Update on California Wildfires

SAN MATEO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov 12, 2018--Essex Property Trust, Inc. (NYSE:ESS) announced today that there has been no significant damage to the Company’s apartment communities as a result of the wildfires occurring throughout Northern and Southern California. The fires closest to the Company’s communities in Ventura and Los Angeles counties are still ongoing and may continue for a few more days given severe wind conditions. The Company will provide further updates in the event of any material changes.
