BURGLARY/ORGANIZED RETAIL THEFT/SHOPLIFTING/DRUGS/WARRANT, BULLHEAD CITY — Ashley May Carlill, 30, was arrested Aug. 11 at Walmart. Store employees reported Carlill had concealed stolen jewelry and clothing in the bottom of her pet carrier with her dog. It appeared she also had altered price tags to obtain a lower price on clothing. Police said they located some heroin in Carlill’s pants. She was arrested on suspicion of burglary, organized retail theft, shoplifting, possession of narcotic drugs and a misdemeanor warrant from Lake Havasu City for failure to appear in court. She was booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT, BULLHEAD CITY — Aaron Matthew Gutierrez, 33, was arrested Aug. 11 on Riverside Drive. An officer reported seeing Gutierrez begin assaulting a woman, his fiancee, as they were walking toward the regatta buses after participating in the event. Gutierrez was arrested on suspicion of assault and disorderly conduct — both pertaining to domestic violence. He was booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

DRUGS, KINGMAN — Larry Allen Cline, 58 of Kingman, was arrested Aug. 11 on Diagonal Way, said the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies watched a gray pickup truck roll through an intersection without stopping on that street and conducted a traffic stop. The driver, Cline, allowed deputies to search the vehicle. Deputies said they found approximately 1.6 grams of methamphetamine in a cigarette pack and two empty syringes. Cline was arrested on suspicion of felony dangerous drug violation. He was booked into the county jail.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT/SHOPLIFTING, BULLHEAD CITY — Jesse Eugene Barnes, 51, was arrested Aug. 15 after he reportedly consumed a Red Bull energy drink at Smith’s, 1775 Lakeside Drive, without paying. He was very disorderly and uncooperative during contact with officers, police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said. Barnes was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and shoplifting. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Lillian Marie Dunsmuir, 52, was arrested Thursday in the 2100 block of Riviera Boulevard on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for fraud. She was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
