Crash on I-90 sends man to hospital
DRESBACH — An Illinois man was injured Sunday when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed in a ditch along Interstate 90.
Winston William Marsh, 60, of Belvidere, Ill., was westound on I-90 at about 6:55 p.m. Sunday when the 2016 Mercedes GLE he was driving went into median ditch and collided with a cement culvert cover then collided with a guardrail, causing the vehicle to roll onto its drivers side, according to a Minnesota State Patrol report.
Marsh was transported to Gundersen Health Systems in La Crosse with non-life threatening injuries. No update on his condition was available.
The La Crescent police and fire departments, Winona County Sheriff’s Office and Tristate Ambulance all responded to the scene.
