_ HONOLULU RAIL _ A second federal subpoena has been issued for information about the 20-mile rail line under construction on Oahu.

_ MOKULELE AIRLINE-PURCHASE _ Southern Airways says it is laying off 10 percent of Mokulele Airlines’ staff after acquiring the Big Island-based carrier earlier this month.
