CARL EDWARD DILLEY, 85, of Ironton, Ohio, passed away Thursday, January 24, 2019, in Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, W.Va. He was born January 19, 1934, in Andis, Ohio, son of the late William and Hilda Dillon Dilley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Vivian Faye Dilley; a brother, Larry Dilley; one sister, Louise Bennett; grandson, Ian Michael Conley; and great-granddaughter, Mia Trinity Conley. He was a member of Proctorville Masonic Lodge #550 F&AM, 32nd degree Scottish Rite Mason Valley of Cincinnati and a member of South Point Chapter OES #404. He retired from Armco. He is survived by three daughters, Debra (Mike) Conley of Huntington, W.Va., Pamela Goldcamp of South Point, Ohio, and Carlynn (Jim) Cobb of Gettysburg, Pa.; six grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; four siblings, James Dilley, William Berkley Dilley Jr., Elenora Humphreys and Marcella Kelley; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, January 26, 2019, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington, W.Va. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, January 25, 2019, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio, with Proctorville Masonic Lodge #550 conducting Masonic services at 8:30 p.m. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.ehallfuneralhome.com.
