June 1

In the 1800 block of Avenue A, Whitnie Clawson, 32, of Scottsbluff, was arrested on a Scotts Bluff County warrant.

In the 1400 block of Second Avenue, Edward Garneaux, 20, of Scottsbluff, was cited on charges of possession of marijuana less than an ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police investigated a report of assault in the 1400 block of East 17th Street.

Police investigated a protection order violation in the 300 block of East 27th Street.

4:26 p.m. — In the 100 block of West 22nd Street, Damend Romero, 37, of Scottsbluff, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault.

Fernando Delgado, 18, of Scottsbluff, was cited on charges of minor in possession and possession of an open container.

A 17-year-old boy was cited on charges of driving under the influence, minor in possession, possession of an open container and possession of drug paraphernalia.

In the 1900 block of Avenue A, police investigated a report that a southbound vehicle had possibly shot a firecracker or gun from a vehicle.

Robert A. Scott, 44, of Torrington, was arrested on charges of possession of an open container, carrying a concealed weapon and discharging a firearm within city limits. Timothy Haller, 55, of Mitchell, was arrested on charges of possession of an open container and carrying a concealed weapon. June 2

In the 1800 block of Avenue B, Fernando Villarreal, 36, of Scottsbluff, was arrested on charges of possession of drugs/narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Leonardo Perales, 35, of Scottsbluff, was cited on a charge of driving under suspension.

Police investigated a burglary at a residence in the 2500 block of Avenue H.

June 3

Police investigated a report of a burglary in the 1300 block of Avenue Z.

James Grezlick, 45, of Houston, Texas, was arrested on a Texas warrant after a traffic stop on Avenue I.

Karl Russell, 21, of Terrytown, was arrested on a Scotts Bluff County warrant.

June 4

Police investigated a sexual assault at a residence in Scottsbluff.

Police investigated the theft of a lawn mower at Murdoch’s Ranch and Home Supply, 1510 E. 20th Street.

Ruben Castillo, 32, was cited on a charge of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

In the 900 block of East 20th Street, police investigated the theft of license plates from a vehicle.

Hermilio Macias, 40, of Scottsbluff, was cited on a charge of driving under suspension.

Police investigated a report of theft made by Region I Office of Human Development.

June 5

Rene Mueller-Fieck, 57, of Gering, was cited on a charge of no driver’s license in the 2600 block of Avenue I.

Christen Boles, 20, of Scottsbluff, was cited on a charge of driving under suspension.

Nicholas (Nick) Ostlie, 37, of Gering, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and a Scotts Bluff County warrant.

Police investigated a report of financial abuse of an adult. No citations or arrests were made as of the date of the report.

Jeremiah Kershaw, 40, of Scottsbluff, was arrested on charges of domestic assault and third-degree assault.

Orion Riley, 20, of Scottsbluff, was arrested on charges of false reporting, possession of a controlled substance and a Colorado warrant.

Barbara Neal, 21, was fined $150 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

Laura Okpalaejesi, 28, was fined $150 on a charge of disturbing the peace.
