n There will be a blood donation opportunity from 1 to 6 p.m. today at the American Red Cross Blood Donor Center in Pine Ridge Mall and from noon to 6 p.m. at Emanuel Lutheran Church, 110 Parkway in Blackfoot. n National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI SI) support group meets every Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Life Inc., 640 Pershing Ave. in Pocatello. Family, friends and those in recovery dealing with mental illness are encouraged to come.

n Idaho Fish and Game wants to hear from hunters on proposed changes to moose, bighorn sheep and mountain goat hunting seasons for 2019-20, and hunters can attend open house workshops around the state to provide comments. An open house will be held from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday at the Pocatello Southeast Regional Office, 1345 Barton Road. The deadline for comments is Jan. 3.
