MALL OF AMERICA-CHILD HURT

MINNEAPOLIS _ Charges were expected Monday against a man accused of throwing a 5-year-old boy from a third-floor balcony at the Mall of America. The suspect had a history of causing disturbances at the mall before last week’s apparently random attack. Developing, time uncertain.
