FIFA board member Dodd joins CAS oversight panel
LAUSANNE, Switzerland (AP) — FIFA executive committee member Moya Dodd has replaced new IOC president Thomas Bach on the Court of Arbitration for Sport’s oversight panel.
The court says Dodd, a former Australia national team player, is the fifth woman on the 20-member International Council of Arbitration for Sport.
Dodd was appointed in May to serve a one-year term on the FIFA ruling board.
Bach left ICAS in September after being elected president of the International Olympic Committee.
The president of ICAS is John Coates, an Australian lawyer who also serves as a vice president of the IOC.
