NEW YORK (AP) _ Stocks that were moving substantially or trading heavily Tuesday on the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq Stock Market.

NYSE

Warnaco Group Inc., down $2.65 at $1.55

The apparel company said 2000 losses will come in substantially wider than the 30 cents a share it expected. It also rescheduled a conference call with analysts until Thursday.

Pilgrim’s Pride Corp., down $1.20 at $10

The poultry producer said it would report a second-quarter loss of 25 to 28 cents a share because of weather, higher energy and feed ingredient costs and losses realized in its acquisition of WLR Foods, Inc. operations earlier this year.

Kellogg Co., up 16 cents at $26.40

The cereal maker formally completed its acquisition of cookie and cracker maker Keebler Foods Co.

NASDAQ

Epimmune Inc., unchanged at $2.50

The biotechnology company said its scientists, in collaboration with university researchers, have identified components that could be used to make a vaccine against cervical cancer.

TranSwitch Corp., down $3.75 at $15.13

The chip maker reduced its first-quarter outlook, blaming soft demand in North America. Several investment firms also downgraded the stock.

Vitesse Semiconductor Corp., down $4.88 at $29.06

The chip maker lowered its second-quarter forecast, citing weak demand.
