The largest building permit issued in Watertown in the month of October was $375,000 for Watertown Hops Company to build a 350-square-foot isomerization building addition to place new tanks for production at 1224 American Way with Symbiont Construction as the contractor.
The value of all permits issued in Watertown in the month of October is $1,599,602. That total is just below that of October 2017, which had permits totaling $1,621,020, according to the latest report from the city building inspection department.
The cumulative total of all permits this year as of October is $19,325,648. This total is much lower than the value through October of 2017, which was $33,794,660.
Two permits for single-family residences were issued last month, bringing the total number of permits of homes this year to 21, down by two from the totals through October 2017.
