At Coughlin, Jack Chilson scored 18 points, and Tyler Faux added 15 as Tunkhannock defeated Coughlin, 63-44 in Wyoming Valley Conference boys basketball.

Nick Reposa chipped in with 12 points for the Tigers, while Avery Billings had nine.

Brandon Hall led Coughlin with 18 points. Tony Egidio had seven and Aaron Bennett six.

The Cougars trailed 18-9 after the first quarter, and by four going into the fourth. Hazelton Area outscored Lake-Lehman 22-8 in the final frame.

Marissa Trivelpiece scored 17 to lead Hazleton Area. Faith Grula chipped in 14.
