Jagr Leaves Game With Leg Injury

NEW YORK (AP) _ Jaromir Jagr was injured in the first period of the Washington Capitals’ game against New York on Wednesday night after a collision with Ranger defenseman Igor Ulanov.
The two hooked legs shortly after the Capitals had taken a 3-0 lead at 13:53. Jagr went down on both knees, stayed on the ice for several second before getting up and slowly skating off. He did not return in the first period.
Jagr had two assists in the period.
