Harvard hosts 2 heads of state in single night
CAMBRIDGE, Mass. (AP) — Harvard University has hosted two heads of state in a single night at its Kennedy School of Government.
Juan Manuel Santos Calderon, the president of Colombia, gave the first address on Wednesday evening.
He was followed on Wednesday night by Jens Stoltenberg, prime minister of Norway. Stoltenberg delivered a talk entitled, “Avoiding the Oil Curse: The Case of Norway.”
