SOUDERTON, Pa., Dec. 03, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Univest Corporation of Pennsylvania ( NASDAQ: UVSP ), parent company of Univest Bank and Trust Co. and its insurance, investments and equipment financing subsidiaries, today declared a $.20 per share quarterly cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2018. The dividend will be paid on January 2, 2019 to shareholders of record as of December 18, 2018.
