Universal Health Realty: 2Q Earnings Snapshot
KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. (AP) _ Universal Health Realty Income Trust (UHT) on Friday reported a key measure of profitability in its second quarter.
The King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania-based real estate investment trust said it had funds from operations of $11 million, or 80 cents per share, in the period.
Funds from operations is a closely watched measure in the REIT industry. It takes net income and adds back items such as depreciation and amortization.
The company said it had net income of $4.3 million, or 31 cents per share.
The real estate investment trust posted revenue of $19.3 million in the period.
The company’s shares have climbed 46% since the beginning of the year. The stock has risen 39% in the last 12 months.
