VEHICLE THEFT/FALSE INFORMATION/WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Pablo Jesus Solis-Gonzalez, 28, was arrested April 1 in connection with the reported theft of a pickup truck near the 2100 block of Interstate Place. While officers were on the scene for follow-up, police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said, the stolen vehicle arrived, occupied by Solis-Gonzalez and a female passenger. Fromelt said Solis-Gonzalez initially gave officers a false name and other information. Officers later determined that he had lied about his identity because he had an outstanding warrant, she said. The pickup reportedly had glass meth pipes in it. Solis-Gonzalez was arrested on the warrant, for failure to pay fines, and on suspicion of providing false information to law enforcement, possession of drug paraphernalia and vehicle theft. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
INTERFERING WITH JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS, BULLHEAD CITY — Raymond Eugene Mayfield, 43, was arrested April 1 in the 1900 block of Sea Breeze Lane after he reportedly refused to leave a residence after being served with an order of protection. Fromelt said Mayfield laid down on a bed and said he would not leave, despite being warned of arrest. He was arrested on suspicion of interfering with judicial proceedings and taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE, BULLHEAD CITY — Patrick Henry O’Neil III, 65, was arrested April 2 in the 2000 block of Highway 95 after he reportedly smashed a glass window on his roommate’s vehicle. He was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage per domestic violence and taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
WARRANT ARREST/DRUGS/DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, BULLHEAD CITY — Jacob Lee Navarrette, 21, was arrested April 3 near Oswood Lane and Fox Drive on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. He was reportedly found to be in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine. Navarrette was arrested on the warrant and on suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
WARRANT ARREST/NARCOTICS, BULLHEAD CITY — Joseph Anthony Oteri, 25, was arrested April 3 near Palma Drive and Gemstone Avenue on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. He reportedly had some prescription-only pills in his possession. Oteri was arrested on the warrant and on suspicion of possession of narcotics. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
