Utah has been pretty slow to accommodate tiny houses, even with the growing demand.

But in the last couple of years, Payson and Santaquin have both lowered their minimum square foot requirements to allow for smaller structures. And Lehi and a few other north county cities are examining their city codes to see if tiny homes are in their futures.
