Longmont Police Notes: Dog Reportedly Hit with Motorcycle Helmet

Animal control was dispatched in Longmont to a call regarding a dog being hit with a motorcycle helmet. The case has been investigated and is considered closed.

Longmont police officers responded to a domestic incident in the 800 block of S. Bross Street at about 12:30 p.m. Thursday. The incident was cleared by arrest.

The Longmont Police Department investigated a harassment that reportedly occurred in northeast Longmont. The case was discovered to be unfounded.

At about 9 a.m. Thursday , Longmont police officers located a stolen vehicle in the 200 block of E 8th Avenue. The case has been referred to investigations for follow up.

Longmont police officers responded at about 8:40 p.m. Thursday to the 1000 block of Alta Street for a suspicious situation. Officers contacted a juvenile male with a warrant. He was arrested on his warrant, case is closed, cleared by arrest.

Police responded Thursday to the 1400 block of Lamplighter Drive on an attempt to locate. Upon doing so, a man was contacted and found to have an outstanding warrant. He was taken into custody and transported to the Boulder County Jail.
