Three people arrested on felony charges

BARBOURSVILLE — Three people were arrested on felony charges Wednesday and Thursday, according to booking records at the Western Regional Jail in Barboursville.

Christopher Allen Andrew, 44, was incarcerated at 11:30 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with a probation violation. Bond was not set.

Natasha Nicole Ramey, 21, was incarcerated at 6:15 p.m. Thursday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with four counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, no license, no insurance, defective equipment and conspiracy. Bond was not set.

Jason Blaine Staats, 26, was incarcerated at 6:15 p.m Thursday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with grand larceny, petit larceny, burglary and entry of a building other than a dwelling. Bond was not set.
