Browns fan catches possum roaming the stands at FirstEnergy Stadium

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- So far, the Browns first Thursday Night Football game in two years has had everything: Baker Mayfield’s NFL debut, Isaiah Crowell wiping his butt with a football and a possum.

Wait, what?

Seems one of those furry, rat-like marsupials somehow sneaked into FirstEnergy Stadium. Who knows? Maybe it doesn’t get NFL Network.

Anyways, security gave chase as the critter made its way around the lower deck until, according to Twitter, one fan caught the possum (opossum?) by its tail and put it in a box. I just hope he washed his hands.

See for yourself...

If the #Browns win that possum is their new mascot for the season. What should the possum be named? https://t.co/rrBouYPP4A— DC4LCustomTees.com (@DC4LCustomTees) September 21, 2018
