Bill Cosby is likely to learn within hours if he will be ordered to spend what could be the final stage of his life in prison.

After hearing from a single defense witness Tuesday morning, Montgomery County Judge Steven T. O’Neill is heading into the final stage of the two-day sentencing hearing, and expected to soon announce the 81-year-old comedy icon’s punishment for his 2004 sexual assault of Andrea Constand.
