Drug and DUI cases among recent Monroeville police investigations

Monroeville police filed the following charges Sept. 22 to Oct. 2 in District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst’s office:Tyree Shedrick, 21, of McKees Rocks with possession with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and windshield obstructions and wipers. Charges were filed Sept. 22 in connection with an incident at Old William Penn Highway at Center Road.Demonn Dunning, 22, of Penn Hills with retail theft and defiant trespasser. Charges were filed Sept. 26 in connection with an incident along the 400 block of Mall Circle Drive.Allison Pittler, 28, of Greensburg with driving under the influence, driving on roadways laned for traffic and restrictions on alcoholic beverages. Charges were filed Sept. 26 in connection with an incident at William Penn Highway at Cavitt Road.Robert Berneche, 57, of Plum with driving under the influence and driving on roadways laned for traffic. Charges were filed Sept. 26 in connection with an incident along the 4800 block of William Penn Highway.James Shin, 18, of Monroeville with theft by unlawful taking. Charges were filed Oct. 2 in connection with an incident along the 100 block of Mall Circle Drive.
