CHILD KILLED-JUDGE SUES

RAPID CITY, S.D. — A former Oglala Sioux judge is suing tribal leaders in tribal court, saying she was illegally terminated. The tribal council fired Chief Judge Kimberly Craven and two other judges in October 2016 following complaints about their handling of a 2-year-old boy's custody case. DOWNSIZING ARENAS

NEW YORK — Sometimes bigger isn't necessarily better, the WNBA is learning as far arena sizes go. There has been a move over the last few years to downsize venues that will save franchises money and provide a more intimate experience for the fans. Only four of the 12 teams are still playing in current NBA arenas — Los Angeles, Minnesota, Phoenix and Indiana. When the league first started 22 years ago all the franchises were in NBA venues.
