September 26, 2018

The Barnes & Noble pop up location in Wilkes-Barre Twp. is hosting author Ben Bradlee Jr. to promote his book about how Luzerne County swung the 2016 election in favor of President Donald J. Trump. Bradlee’s book, “The Forgotten: How the People of One Pennsylvania County Elected Donald Trump and Changed America,” is slated to be released Oct. 2. Bradlee will appear at Barnes & Noble 7 p.m. Oct. 10. He will host a panel discussion featuring several Luzerne County residents who appear in the book. Following the discussion, Bradlee will take questions from the audience, followed by a book signing. The temporary Barnes & Noble store is open in the former Sears Outlet store in the East End Center while renovations are still ongoing at its main Arena Hub Plaza location, which was ravaged by a tornado in June. — BOB KALINOWSKI
