WASHINGTON (AP) _ Alecko Eskandarian had two goals and Jaime Moreno finished with three assists, leading D.C. United to a 3-0 win over the Dallas Burn on Saturday.

Freddy Adu scored his fourth goal of the season for United.

Oscar Pareja received a red card for misconduct and was ejected in the 46th minute, leaving Dallas (9-11-5) a man short.

Eskandarian put United ahead just before the half. Ben Olsen took a pass from Moreno and moved toward the goal before passing back to Eskandarian, who sprinted into the box for a shot.

Eskandarian scored his team-leading ninth goal in the 82nd minute. Moreno took control of the ball at midfield and moved down the left side. With Adu and Eskandarian moving into the box, Moreno deftly hit Eskandarian, who scored over Jeff Cassar's left shoulder.

Adu's goal, his first since Aug. 11, came just two minutes later off another Moreno pass.

Moreno has 10 assists this season for United, which picked up their first win since Aug. 11.

United goalkeeper Nick Rimando was rarely tested. Dallas had a late scoring chance when Milton Reyes streaked past three United defenders, but his shot flew across the goal face, wide to the right.
