Police roundup: Unauthorized dumping listed in HPD incident reports

HUNTINGTON — The following information was provided by reports from the Huntington Police Department:

The Huntington Police Department listed 20 new incident reports in the 24-hour period ending at 3 p.m. Tuesday, according to a printout released by the department. However, the individual police reports were not made available, so these are the only known details:

Leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, 12:08 a.m. Tuesday, 31st Street and 8th Avenue.

Drunk in public, illegal possession of alcohol and disorderly conduct, 2:08 a.m. Tuesday, 2000 block of 1st Avenue.

Assisting outside police agency, 10:51 p.m. Monday, 2000 block of 5th Avenue.

Disorderly conduct, 7:37 p.m. Monday, 700 block of 6th Avenue.

Warrant service/execution, 6:46 p.m. Monday, 1200 block of 26th Street.

Domestic battery, 4:30 p.m. Monday, 2000 block of Buffington Avenue.

Warrant service/execution, 4:02 p.m. Monday, 200 block of Olive Street.

Shoplifting, 1:30 p.m. Monday, 2000 block of 8th Avenue.

Petit larceny, 8:20 a.m. Monday, 900 block of 23rd Street.

Burglary and entry of a dwelling, 1:47 p.m. Monday, 600 block of 30th Street.

Petit larceny and breaking and entering an automobile, 4:30 a.m. Monday, 600 block of West 23rd Street.

Unauthorized dumping, 1:17 p.m. Monday, 300 block of Lawson Heights.

Grand larceny, 12:48 p.m. Monday, 1500 block of Ritter Boulevard.

Trespassing, noon Friday, 400 block of Adams Avenue.

Petit larceny and breaking and entering an automobile, 9 p.m. Sunday, 1100 block of Jackson Avenue.

Burglary, battery and entry of a dwelling, 11:21 p.m. Monday, 2600 block of 4th Avenue.

Vehicle security, improper registration and driving on a license suspended or revoked, 9:28 a.m. Monday, Olive Street and Norway Avenue.

Theft of utilities, 2 p.m. Aug. 18, 2900 block of 3rd Avenue.

Shoplifting, 3:23 a.m. Monday, 2200 block of 5th Avenue.

Warrant service/execution, 12 a.m. Monday, 300 block of Marcum Terrace.

The following information was provided by booking records at the Western Regional Jail:

Dominique Letrea Coleman, 30, was jailed at 5:20 p.m. Monday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with burglary. Bond was not set.

Jody Hinzman, 36, was jailed at 5 p.m. Monday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with possession of a controlled substance and being a prohibited person carrying firearms. Bond was set at $15,000 surety or cash.

Scott Anthony Mccallister, 22, was jailed at 4:25 p.m. Monday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with arson and being a fugitive from justice. Bond was $10,000 cash or surety.

Alnisa Shantay McCann, 21, was jailed at 5:50 a.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with grand larceny, accessory, obtaining money by false pretenses and forgery. Bond was set at $30,000 surety or 10 percent cash.

Shannon Nicole Gibson, 23, was jailed at 12:15 p.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with conspiracy. Bond was not set.

Nicholas John Perko, 34, was jailed at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with violating parole. Bond was not set.

Brian Alan Marcum, 19, was jailed at midnight Tuesday. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with simple possession and destruction of property. Bond was not set.

Joshua Lee Carr, 32, was jailed at 3:50 p.m. Monday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with strangulation and domestic battery. Bond was $5,000 cash-only.

Donnie Everett Patterson, 47, was jailed at 6 p.m. Monday on a warrant out of Mason County. Bond was not set.

Stephen Jamie Rainey, 24, was jailed at 5 p.m. Monday. Authorities in Mason County charged him with escape. Bond was set at $20,000 surety or cash.

Guy Richard Wamsley, 48, was jailed at 3:50 p.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Mason County charged him with violating home confinement. Bond was not set.
