_ WOODSTOCK ANNIVERSARY: Officials in Sullivan County in upstate New York say they’ll install dozens of dove statues to commemorate the upcoming 50th anniversary of the Woodstock Music and Art Fair.

_ AIRPORT GUN-JULZ SANTANA: Rapper Juelz Santana has been sentenced to more than two years in prison for trying to get a loaded gun onto a plane at a New York-area airport.

_ BUFFALO-AFFORDABLE HOUSING: A more than $30 million project underway in Buffalo will provide affordable and supportive housing in a neighborhood on the city’s east side.

_ FARM TO SCHOOLS: New York state has announced $1.5 million in grants to support farm-fresh food in schools around the state.

_ DRINKING WATER CONTAMINANTS: A state council has recommended maximum drinking water contaminant levels for industrial chemicals that have turned up in Hoosick Falls, Newburgh and other communities.
