Harry Connick Jr. to perform at Playhouse Square this fall

CLEVELAND, Ohio – Harry Connick, Jr. will croon some of his favorite songs in honor of his hometown of New Orleans this fall.

The singer’s “New Orleans Tricentennial Celebration” tour will celebrate the city’s 300th anniversary. However, the tour will stop at a variety of U.S. cities starting this November.

On this tour, Connick, Jr. will also perform some of his holiday favorites just in time for the Christmas season.

The singer and actor has earned fame for creating songs for movies like “When Harry Met Sally,” “Godfather III” and “Sleepless In Seattle.” He’s released over 20 albums, consisting of his work on Broadway and movies, and his classic love songs and Christmas music.

Connick, Jr. will perform at the State Theatre at Playhouse Square on Nov. 29. Tickets to the show cost $49.50 to $125, and go on sale on Friday at 10 a.m.
