NEW YORK (AP) _ First One Up held on to win by a neck Saturday in the $74,000 Whirlaway Stakes for 3-year-olds at Aqueduct.

First One Up, the favorite carrying highweight of 123 pounds and jockey Richard Migliory, covered the 1 1-16 miles in 1:46 1-5.

The victory was the fourth straight for First One Up and earned $44,400 for owner Randolph Weinsier.

King Babar finished second, one-half length ahead of Trophy Hunter, in the field of 11.

First One Up paid $5, $3.80 and $3. King Babar returned $26.60 and $7.80 and Trophy Hunter paid $3.20.
