Jared Rizzo scored 2 goals while lifting Shawsheen Tech past Nashoba Tech, 3-0, in a Commonwealth Athletic Conference boys soccer game.

Gavin Pigot dished out 2 assists. Keeper Mike Reppucci posted his second shutout of the season. Devin Almeida, Matt Pustizzi and Billy Hartshorn played well for Shawsheen.

Brooke Ditcham set up both goals as the Grey Ghosts topped their DCL foe in Sudbury.

Ally Giovino scored the first goal off a rebound from a direct kick from Ditcham.

The second goal was scored by Bella Hillman off a corner kick by Ditcham.

Playing well in the midfield were Dominique Paglia and Ditcham. Giovino, Shadee Saberi and Carly Davey put a ton of pressure on Lincoln-Sudbury at forward.

The back line of Caroline Sawrey, Bella Hillman, Mel Almasian and Ava Couillard played well in front of Mya Barber-Mingo, who had 7 saves.

The Patriots earned the Mid-Wach tie on the road thanks to a goal by Riley Patenaude.

Despite 14 service points and 6 aces, the Academy of Notre Dame was defeated, 25-14, 25-21, 22-25, 25-21 in Billerica.

Julie Getchell netted 4 kills for NDA (3-5), while other stars were Elena Murguia (10 assists), Jackie Denisco (16 digs) and Maddie Walent (11 digs). Emily Aho and Angela Tarantino had 3 blocks each for the Tyngsboro school.

The Wildcats rolled to Friday’s Middlesex League win, 26-24, 25-11, 25-23.

Strong serving by Brittany Cimaglia, Anna Rideout and Gabby Bond fueled Wilmington. Passing well were Bond, Reagan Sweeney and Rideout.

Savannah Andersen was strong in the middle.

Caitlin Cannuscio led the way for the Grey Ghosts (4-3) with 6 kills and 2 aces.
