Don’t let fungus beetles in your home cause a panic
NORFOLK - The fungus beetle is found infesting brand-new homes in the late summer-early fall.
Nebraska Extension Urban Entomologist Jody Green says first only a few beetles are seen, but when hundreds emerge, homeowners panic because they think their home is infested.
Green says the beetle can be a variety of species.
