n There will be a Site Plan Review meeting at 1:30 p.m. today in the Iwamizawa Conference Room at Pocatello City Hall.

n The Library Board will meet at 4 p.m. today at Marshall Public Library, 113 S. Garfield Ave. in Pocatello.

n New Day Products and Resources, 1704 N. Main St. in Pocatello, will host a fall dance from 5 to 8 p.m. today. Admission is $2 for the public and free to NDP&R participants and employees. n Derk Mitton will be the featured presenter at the Bannock County Historical Society’s monthly business meeting at 7 p.m. today at 3000 Avenue of the Chiefs in Pocatello. n All Under One Roof, 234 N. Main St. in Pocatello, will host a Transgender Day of Remembrance event at 7 p.m. today. There will be community speakers and a candlelight vigil.

Wednesday

n The Pocatello Development Authority will meet at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Paradice Conference Room at Pocatello City Hall.

n On Wednesday from 1 to 6 p.m., there will be a blood drive at the American Red Cross Blood Donor Center in Pine Ridge Mall. Make an appointment by downloading the free American Red Cross Blood Donor App, visiting RedCrossBlood.org or calling 1-800-733-2767.

n On Wednesday from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Zoo Idaho will host “Wild Winter Wildlife” at the Zoo Education Building, 3100 Avenue of the Chiefs. Attendees will learn about the unique adaptations animals have that help them endure the coldest months of the year. This week’s class is about bears. n Members of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 735 and its auxiliary will recognize several community members with scholarships or awards at its monthly meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Pocatello Elks Lodge, 410 S. Main St. in Pocatello.
