TRENTON _ The New Jersey Supreme Court has ordered a new trial for a man convicted of a shooting death in a park, saying Pennsylvania detectives had violated his rights while questioning him about an unrelated homicide in that state.


ROAD RAGE SLAYING _ A man is facing a life sentence without possibility of parole following his conviction in a road rage shooting in broad daylight at an eastern Pennsylvania intersection last year.
