Allegheny County detectives investigating shooting in Duquesne
Allegheny County police are investigating a shooting Wednesday in Duquesne.
Medics found a man with a gunshot wound to his lower body, according to county police Lt. Andrew Schurman.
County 911 was called just before 5 p.m. to the 1000 block of Edith Street.
Police said the victim was in stable condition in an area hospital.
The alleged shooter was seen getting out of a dark color sedan on Clark Street just before the shooting. That car car sped away afterwards.
The shooter was last seen running away on foot. He is described as a black male with dredlocks. He was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and jeans.
