Clinton High School teacher charged with sex act with student
A Clinton High School teacher was arrested Friday and charged with three counts of participating in a sex act with a student, court records show.
Jose Maria Rodriguez Quinteros was being held under a $100,000 bond.
Clinton City Schools officials notified law enforcement once they learned of the allegations, said John Lowe, executive director of technology and auxiliary services at the district.
Rodriguez Quinteros was suspended from the district, Lowe said.
