For more than 60 years, the Payson Salmon Supper has brought together members of the community to feast on salmon. The event started in 1954 as the LDS Park Ward started the event as a fundraiser. Today, volunteer firefighters and EMTs serve up the dish for the community.

The event is hosted annually at the beginning of August.
