Montreal captain Saku Koivu is out indefinitely after being accidentally hit with a stick near his left eye during a playoff loss to Carolina. The star center was injured Wednesday night when he was struck by the stick of Hurricanes forward Justin Williams during the Canadiens’ 2-1 overtime loss.
