Leslie Dyar, 52, Reedsburg

Leslie R. Dyar, 52, of Reedsburg, after battling pancreatic cancer, died peacefully on Friday, Dec. 21, 2018, in her home surrounded by her family and fur babies.

She was born on April 17, 1966, in Milwaukee, the daughter of Cecil and Maureen (Nelson) Turner. On Nov. 19, 1998, she was married to Thomas A. Dyar. Leslie worked at Seneca Foods in Baraboo for the past 18 years. She enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, bird watching, taking care of her pets and artistry. Leslie will be remembered for living life to the fullest.

Survivors include her husband, Tom; four daughters, Ashley Geibl, April Geibl, Brittany (Gus) Robertson and Courtney (Derek) Dyar; her birth mother, Barb Kent; her birth father, Frank Vavra; four grandchildren, Grant, Micala Rose, Dylan and Grace; four siblings, Steve Turner, Terry Lester, Dave Turner and Tom Supri; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil Turner and Maureen Turner Nelson; her father- and mother-in-law, Larry and Barbara Dyar.

A celebration of life service will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 28, 2018, at the Hoof Funeral Home in Reedsburg. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery. There will be a visitation from 4-7 p.m. on Thursday and from noon until the time of the service on Friday at the funeral home.
