December 21, 2018

State Sen. Keith Wagoner, R-Sedro-Woolley, was appointed to lead Republicans in a new Legislative subcommittee on behavioral health.

The Behavioral Health Subcommittee was formed for the 2019 legislative session to look more deeply into how the state can address mental health and substance use disorder issues, according to a news release from Wagoner’s office.

Wagoner, the former Sedro-Woolley mayor and city councilman, is one of two Republicans appointed to the five-member subcommittee.
