No. 20 Montana 76, Portland 65
PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) _ Kelly Pilcher scored 17 of her 18 points in the second half Saturday night as 20th-ranked Montana came from 18 points down to beat Portland 76-65 in women’s college basketball.
Pilcher scored six during a 21-2 run during an eight-minute stretch in the second half after Portland had built a 48-30 lead.
Carla Beattie also scored 18 for the Grizzlies (10-2), nine during the decisive run. Kristy Langton scored 16 and Ann Lake 15 for Montana.
Amy Claboe had 20 points and 11 rebounds for Portland (8-4).
Montana made just seven of 30 shots in the first half but was 18-for-29 in the second.
