MINORS CONSUMING ALCOHOL, BULLHEAD CITY — Jonathan Daniel Cabanillas, 20, and Christian Cervantes, 19, were cited and released Sept. 1 for minor consumption of alcohol in the 1000 block of Chaparral Drive. Police initially were called for a report of a fight but there were no further reports of that activity. The two men showed obvious signs of intoxication, according to police.

TRESPASSING, BULLHEAD CITY — Joseph Anthony Oteri, 24, was arrested Sept. 1 in the 400 block of Lee Avenue. He previously had been told to leave the location and warned he’d be arrested if he returned. He was arrested on suspicion of trespassing and booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

MISDEMEANOR WARRANT/DOG AT LARGE, BULLHEAD CITY — Gianna Devon Lightfoot, 41, was arrested Sept. 1 in the 1500 block of Jose Avenue. He was arrested for having a misdemeanor warrant from the Bullhead City Municipal Court and for having a dog at large. He was booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT, BULLHEAD CITY — David Lee McGilbra, 34, was arrested Sept. 1 in the 300 block of Lee Avenue. The victim reported that her husband, McGilbra, had thrown a chair at her head during an argument. He was arrested on suspicion of assault and disorderly conduct, both pertaining to domestic violence, and booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT, BULLHEAD CITY — Mirna Elizabeth Frias Lopez, 39, was arrested Sept. 2 in the 1800 block of Surf Cove. It was reported that Frias Lopez got into an argument with her boyfriend. In the officers’ presence, Frias Lopez continued to act disorderly toward her boyfriend and attempted to strike him. She was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct pertaining to domestic violence and booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

WARRANT, BULLHEAD CITY — Kimberly Lynne Egan Jacquez, 39, was arrested Sept. 4 in the 400 block of Lee Avenue. Egan Jacquez reportedly got into a verbal argument with her husband. She was arrested on a pre-adjudication warrant and booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

DUI, BULLHEAD CITY — Joann Colwell, 59, was arrested Sept. 2 in the 800 block of Palo Verde Drive. Police pulled her over because of severe mechanical issues while she was driving on Hancock Road, according to reports. Police believed Colwell was driving under the influence and she was taken to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center for a blood draw. Colwell was later released.

WARRANT, BULLHEAD CITY — Elizabeth Rodriguez, 38, was arrested Sept. 2 near the intersection of Hancock Road and Yale Drive. She was arrested for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant from Bullhead City Municipal Court for failure to pay fines and booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

WARRANT, BULLHEAD CITY — Daniel Raymond Branch, 56, was arrested Sept. 3 in the 400 block of Lee Avenue. Branch was arrested for a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear and booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

WARRANT, BULLHEAD CITY — Larry Dean Wilson, 50, was arrested Sept. 3 at the intersection of Rio Grande Road and Nevada Drive. Wilson was arrested for a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear and booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

WARRANT, BULLHEAD CITY — Joseph Michael Curtis, 37, was arrested Sept. 4 in the 900 block of Riverview Drive. Curtis was arrested for a felony warrant for failure to appear and booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

STOLEN PROPERTY, BULLHEAD CITY — Dakota Patrick Orozco, 24, and Danielle Jasmine Mack, 25, were arrested Aug. 30 after police received a report of suspects from a previous offense spotted at Family Dollar, 2054 Commercial Way. The clerk told dispatchers that the suspects were back, police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said. They had left in a stolen vehicle, she said, which was found in the parking lot. Mack and Orozco were arrested on suspicion of possession of stolen property and theft. Orozco additionally was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant for a probation violation. Both were taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARRESTS/REGISTRATION VIOLATION, BULLHEAD CITY — At about 10:40 a.m. Sept. 4, police officers contacted two people while out assisting code enforcement staff in the 700 block of Malibu Drive. Richard Victor Tynda, 52, was arrested on outstanding misdemeanor warrants for contempt of court and pre-adjudication. Timothy Grant Miller, 25, was arrested on an unspecified misdemeanor warrant and a sex offender registration violation. He is required to have identification in his possession as a registered sex offender, Fromelt said. Each was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

TRESPASSING, BULLHEAD CITY — John Michael Birr, 55, was arrested Sept. 4 after reportedly returning to Smith’s, 1775 Lakeside Drive, from which he had been banned the previous night. He came back at around 11:30 a.m. and was harassing customers for money, police said. It was reported that he was drinking alcohol on the property, Fromelt said. Birr reportedly refused to leave when asked by management. He was booked on suspicion of trespassing and taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARREST/DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, BULLHEAD CITY — Lisa Marie Jamison, 38, was arrested Sept. 4 in the 1700 block of Highland Road on an outstanding felony warrant for failure to appear. In her purse, police reportedly found methamphetamine and marijuana and several drug paraphernalia items. Jamison was booked on the warrant and on suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE/WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Derek Edward Davis, 20, was arrested Sept. 4 near the 1300 block of Church Drive after his girlfriend went to a neighbor’s house, reportedly injured and looking for help. Witnesses reported seeing a physical altercation in the street, Fromelt said. Davis was arrested on suspicion of assault per domestic violence and disorderly conduct per domestic violence and on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
